Many people have a deep seated feeling that their life is not complete. Society's answer is to buy more and go faster! Let someone else take care of your needs. "Schools" to raise our children,  "Media" to raise our hopes, "Medicine" to fix our bodies and "Factory Farms" to raise our food!

As a way to get higher revenue and higher crop yields farmers use growth chemicals and pesticides on  factory farms! These chemicals don't disappear when you bring them into your home. You and your family absorb these same chemicals into your system with the food you eat. Some of us wonder if these growth hormones and pesticides are causing increase in medical problems.

Also many believe that the modern farming methods have removed the true nutritional value from our foods. This leaves us with "nutritionally empty foods". It looks like food, it may even taste like food and have the same calories but our bodies are still nutritionally hungry. To nutritionally satisfy the body, the caloric count is two or more times higher and this leads to obesity, one of the common health problems in the US today!    

 It is time to make a change! Where do we start?

Become responsible for yourself. Remember that everything that we see, hear, touch, smell and taste has an impact on our emotions, thoughts and feelings. If we are filled with empty processed food stuffs (not live foods) or listen to hours of useless TV drivel, that is what we become. 

Choices and Programming!

If we eat healthy, lively food we become that too! It is your choice! Each and every time we choose we have an opportunity to choose differently. But most of use choose based upon old patterns and conditioning.  As we become more aware of our patterns we can choose what is good for us not just what tasted good today. For many people they have never given thought to the foods they eat and how they feel. Once someone feels the higher energy, centeredness, and clarity of eating eating raw or live foods, it is difficult to go back to eating  meats, dairy and other processed foods that drain our life force or energy.    
Remember this is a path of life. There are people at various levels. I personally know people that have been vegetarians for over 20 years and others that are just starting.  Remember,  keep sight of your goals with each choice you make.
