Cleansing Tips
Give your body a Chance to heal itself!
  1. The body is self generation and self healing organism. Cleansing removes the obstacles that inhibit your body's natural functions and gives your body what it needs to heal itself.
     

  2. Cleansings Reactions such as headaches, nausea and weakness as the body cleanse is a natural process of cleansing.  An increase in these symptoms can be signs of the cycles that the toxins are releasing from the cells and tissues and moving into the blood stream.  These reactions are temporary and will disappear as the level of toxins in the blood stream are reduced or eliminated during cleansing.
     

  3. Drink 6 - 8 glasses of bottled water during a fast. Do not use public drinking water for drinking or cooking because of the chlorinated, fluoridated, and chemical treatment.

  4. Bath two or more times a day!  The skin is the largest area where toxins are eliminated. Bathing helps remove the waste and accelerates the cleansing process. Brushing the skin with a natural bristle brush before bathing increases the circulation by bring more blood and toxins to the skin surface.
     

  5. Enemas, be willing to do an enemas during your cleanse when you have Cleansings Reactions. An enema will help remove the toxins and reduce the re-absorption of toxins into the body.
     

  6.  Exercise gently during a cleanse! Take walks in fresh air or other light aerobic activity. During a cleanse, strenuous exercise puts demands on the muscles to pull in more blood which contains higher level of toxins, reversing or slowing the cleansing benefit.
     

  7. Meditation, prayer and other inward activities allow your energies to focus on inward and self-regenerating process during a cleanse.
