Rainbow Sorbet

Ingredients:

Banana, 2
Mango, 2
Strawberries, 2 Cups

   
   

Method:

Clean strawberries and peel the mangos and bananas. Rinse in cold water. Without drying freeze fruit in individual plastic bags. Take frozen fruit and place in a Champion Juicer without grate! The results is pure delight!    

Variations/Recommendations

  You can mix the fruit or process individually. If you make more than required, refreeze fruit as soon as possible.

Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

Raisins, 1/2 Cup 
Pineapple Chunks, 1/2 Cup 
Apple, Peeled and sliced
Coconut Toasted, 1/4 Cup  
Ground Cardamom, 1 Tsp. 
Cinnamon ½ Tsp. 

   
   

Method:

Mix the fruit and sprinkle the other ingredients on top of fruit and serve.

Tropical Dreams

Ingredients:

1 Pineapple
2 Apples
1/2 Coconut, Fresh
3 Oranges
1 Club Soda, 12oz

   
   

Method:

Clean and peel and blend until smooth! 

Variations/Recommendations

To add some variety freeze club soda into cubes before preparation for the frozen drink effect.

Papaya Pudding

Ingredients:

Papaya, 1 medium
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp.
Apple Juice, to Taste 

   
   

Method:

Cut papaya in half and remove seeds. Scope out the clean fruit and mix with cinnamon and add apple juice for desired texture and sweetener. Place mixture into low baking dish and bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes. The apple juice will caramelize on top.
