Method: |
|
Clean strawberries and peel the mangos and bananas.
Rinse in cold water. Without drying freeze fruit in individual plastic
bags. Take frozen fruit and place in a Champion Juicer without grate!
The results is pure delight!

individually. If you make more than required, refreeze fruit as soon as

Papaya, 1 medium
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp.
Apple Juice, to Taste

Method: |

Cut papaya in half and remove seeds. Scope out the
clean fruit and mix with cinnamon and add apple juice for desired
texture and sweetener. Place mixture into low baking dish and bake at
375° for 30 to 45 minutes. The apple juice will caramelize on
top.
