Ingredients:

2 Avocados
2 Tomatoes 
1 Ginger Root (2oz)
Tamari, 1 teaspoon 

   
   

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creaming.

Variations/Recommendations

This tangy ginger root will have you dancing!

Herbs & Lemon 

Ingredients:

Lemon Juice, 2oz.
Tarragon, 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon Herb Seasoning 1/2 teas 

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 teaspoons
Honey 1/2 teaspoon

   
   

Method:

Mix ingredients and pour over a green salad.

Variations/Recommendations

This can be spiced up with fresh mustard or ginger.

Cucumber Blend

Ingredients:

1 Cucumber
1/4 Onion
Olive Oil, 2 teaspoons
Honey, 2 teaspoons
Apple Cider Vinegar, 3 teaspoons

   
   

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and liquefy. Chill mixture and serve cold over spinach or fresh green salad.

Variations/Recommendations

This can also be used as a dip for celery or carrot sticks

Ingredients:

Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Cup
Olive Oil, 4 Tbs.
Honey, 2 Tbs.
Dry Mustard, to taste
Cayenne Pepper, 1 Capsule

   
   

Method:

Mix ingredients together and server chilled

Fruity Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Apple Cider Vinegar, 3 teaspoons
Orange Juice, 4 Tbs. Fresh  
Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup 
Honey 1/4 Tbs.

   
   

Method:

Mix ingredients together and server chilled over salad.

Variations/Recommendations

You can replace the orange juice with raspberries or apples!

Tamari Orange

Ingredients:

Orange Juice, 1/4 Cup
Tamari, 2 Tbs.
Honey, 2 Tbs.
Ginger, 1/2 Teaspoon 

   
   

Method:

Mix ingredients together and server chilled over salad.

Variations/Recommendations

Try replacing the orange juice with either lemon or lime for more of a tropical flare!
